Uniting two established organizations under one future-facing global identity.
The merger of TGS and PGS joined two established companies with distinct identities, cultures and marketing systems. The combined organization needed one modern brand, launched globally on a fixed Day 1 deadline less than six months away.
As Global Creative Director, I directed designers from both organizations and one agency partner. I set the creative direction for the core visual system (grid, color palette and typography) and oversaw a full template suite, from presentations and advertising to tradeshow materials and stationery.
I also directed the creation of the logo, digital assets for tgs.com and every major Day 1 deliverable, using a modular system and a rollout phased by business priority. Beyond digital and print, I oversaw the rebranding of all TGS and PGS office buildings and vessels worldwide.
Every priority asset launched on July 1, 2024. Executive feedback and employee adoption were strong, brand execution became more consistent across global offices. The work earned the 2025 Lantern Award, the highest honor in the Rebrand category.
The TGS Design System is comprised of various design elements that build a unique and cohesive visual language for the TGS brand.
