Delivering more than 100 consistently branded events a year, including award-winning tradeshow campaigns.

TGS participates in more than 100 events each year across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and West and Southern Africa. They range from major industry exhibitions to regional conferences, customer programs, internal meetings and product launches.
The creative team needed to deliver consistently branded experiences across regions, formats and production partners without treating every activation as a custom project.
As Global Creative Director, I set the creative strategy, brand presence and production workflow for the global event portfolio. I reviewed booth concepts from exhibit contractors, directed revisions and approved final designs. I led teams of two to four designers and partnered with one primary exhibit vendor for each flagship program. This work builds on eight years supporting international events as a senior designer at KBR.
I established repeatable workflows, templates, production timelines, checklists, vendor handoffs and final-quality reviews. These systems supported environmental graphics, video, LED displays, presentations, invitations, advertising, social content, printed collateral and related customer events.
The operating system enabled the creative function to support more than 100 annual events with greater consistency, fewer production errors and faster execution. It allowed the team to scale from smaller regional programs to complex international exhibitions.
The IMAGE campaign received the Houston Business Marketing Alliance’s top Lantern Award for an Integrated Tradeshow Campaign in 2024. EAGE earned the same top-category recognition in 2025.
